Welcome to B.H.M.S.: An Orientation Day Adventure
Orientation day was a great success, with students leaving the event feeling welcomed and ready to begin their studies. From the information session and city tour, to the introduction of student organizations and welcome dinner, each student received an in-depth look at what B.H.M.S. has to offer them. Conversations were held between staff, faculty, as well as current and new students which allowed for deeper connections to be made.
It was clear from the energy of orientation day that B.H.M.S. is committed to creating a vibrant learning community where everyone can feel comfortable exploring their passions and discovering new possibilities for their academic journey. With such a diverse group of students representing countries around the world, it's exciting to think about all the potential collaborations that will take place in the classrooms and beyond.
At the welcome dinner, each student was able to talk with faculty and staff in a relaxed setting while enjoying delicious food prepared specially for them. This gave time for meaningful conversations to take place and allowed everyone to get better acquainted with one another. Overall, orientation day at B.H.M.S. was incredibly successful in introducing new students to the school and its community of supportive individuals. It set the tone for what will hopefully be a rewarding experience throughout their studies here. By the end of orientation day, all 36 students had been warmly welcomed into the B.H.M.S. family! This is just the beginning of an exciting journey for all. Let’s cheer them on as they embark on this incredible journey!
Additionally, it was a great chance to learn more about the local area, from its culture and history to the city's landmarks and attractions. It allowed students to get a taste of what their life would be like studying in such an amazing place. They also had plenty of opportunities to meet with student organizations and find out more about how they could get involved with activities at BHMS. These experiences were invaluable for introducing students to life on campus and helping them settle into their new home away from home.
The evening concluded with a welcome dinner that allowed everyone to relax and get to know each other better. The food was delicious and conversations were friendly, making the dinner a great way to end the day on a positive note.
Overall, the orientation day gave B.H.M.S.'s new students an understanding of what life on campus would be like and provided valuable insights into the city they now call home. It also allowed them to make connections with their peers that will last for many years to come. From all accounts, it was an incredibly successful event that left everyone feeling excited about their future at B.H.M.S.
